Sugus Candy Ice Cream
  • 160gr white sweetened condensed milk
  • Water 750ml
  • TUTU Candy Syrup 100ml
  • White milk powder 27gr (1 sachet)
  • Sugar 5 tbsp
  • Cornstarch 4 tbsp
  • SP (stim) 1 tbsp

Make a thick dough. Pour water, sweetened condensed milk, powdered milk, cornstarch, and sugar into a saucepan. Keep stirring over low heat, cook until the mixture is thick and bubbly. Let the thick mixture cool at room temperature, after the hot steam is gone, put it in a container or plastic then store it in the freezer until it is half frozen for about 3 hours. SP steam when the thick dough is half frozen. Mix the two then mix until fluffy. Add TUTU Candy Syrup and mix briefly. Then pour into a container to be stored in the freezer. Cover tightly and store overnight in the freezer.
